This course introduces students to operations management in the services, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Students will get familiar with the technological, material and human inputs and their interrelationship, the planning and controlling processes and the outputs, and the financial aspects of operations management. Topics include quality management, inventory planning and control, process design, risk analysis, supply chain management issues in a global economy. We hope you'll stay for informal conversation with the current EMBA cohort at 5:30pm to learn about their unique experiences in the program!
